Shipping policy

Orders are prepped and packed within 4 business days. If an item from your order is backordered, we will contact you as soon as possible with updated arrival information.

We ship items via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time for Standard Domestic Shipping takes approximately 4-6 days. Hank & Sylvie's is not responsible for missing packages, delays in shipping or charges incurred for refused packages. If your package is missing, the carrier may have placed it in what they considered a safer location. Be sure to check your mailbox, front and back porches, or with your building's mailroom. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered prior to dropping it off. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you.

Please contact us directly for an estimated cost on international shipping. Hank & Sylvie's is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments.

Returns policy

Hank & Sylvie's takes pride in offering premium products that we’ve selected because we think they’re exceptional. We want you to love your purchase as much as we do.

If an item fails to meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase on items in resellable condition. We kindly ask that items be returned in the same condition as when it left our store. The item should be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and with tags attached. Hank & Sylvie's is not responsible for damages to the product in shipping or while in a customer’s possession. For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on body care items, holiday items, food, candy or flowers.

Please email us at to start your return. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once your item(s) is received back at our store, it will be inspected and, if approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item excluding shipping for store credit only.

We also happily accept online returns in-store, please have your invoice/receipt available at time of return.

We do not offer returns on gift cards.
